SirenDM is a payment processing platform for content creators. By purchasing content through Telegram bots powered by SirenDM, you agree to these terms.

1. What is SirenDM?

We process payments between you and creators on Telegram. We deliver digital content you purchase. We don't create or control the content — creators do.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase content. You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service.

3. How Purchases Work

You buy Telegram Stars from Telegram. You pay Stars to the creator's bot for content. Content is delivered instantly to your Telegram. Payment is processed through SirenDM's platform.

4. Payment & Pricing

All purchases use Telegram Stars only. Creators set their own prices. Telegram charges fees when you buy Stars (not our fee). Transaction records are available in Telegram Settings > Your Stars. Stars expire after 3 years if unused (per Telegram policy).

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Digital content can't be returned once delivered.

Only exception: Technical failure preventing content delivery. Contact support within 48 hours if content wasn't delivered. Refunds (if approved) are processed as Stars back to your account.

6. What You're Buying

A personal license to view and access the content. Content is for your personal use only. You receive digital content delivered via Telegram.

7. What You Can't Do

Don't share, redistribute, or resell content. Don't post content publicly or on other platforms. Don't screenshot and share without creator permission. Don't use content for commercial purposes. Don't reverse engineer or extract content from bots.

8. Content Issues

Creators are responsible for their content quality. SirenDM doesn't moderate, approve, or guarantee content. For content disputes, contact the creator first. For payment or delivery issues, contact SirenDM support.

9. Your Data & Privacy

We process your Telegram user ID and payment data. We store your purchase history for delivery. We don't see your Stars purchase details (that's between you and Telegram). Data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Account Suspension

We may suspend access if you violate these terms. Chargebacks or payment fraud result in permanent ban. No refunds for suspended accounts.

11. Third-Party Terms

Telegram Terms of Service apply. Telegram Stars Terms of Service apply. Telegram processes all Stars purchases.

12. Disclaimers

Service provided "as is" with no guarantees. We're not responsible for creator content or behavior. We're not liable for Telegram outages or issues. Maximum liability: Amount of your disputed purchase.

14. Changes to Terms

We can update these terms anytime. Continued purchases mean you accept updates. Check this page for the latest version.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts where you're located. You may pursue claims in small claims court if eligible. Class action lawsuits are not permitted.
