By using SirenDM, you agree to these terms.

1. What is SirenDM?

SirenDM helps creators and agencies monetize content on Telegram. You create AI agents that engage with fans and sell content using Telegram Stars.

We provide the platform, infrastructure, AI, analytics, and payment processing. You're responsible for your content and handling fan disputes.

2. Who Can Use SirenDM?

You must be 18 or older. You must own or have rights to all content you upload. You're responsible for everything your account and agents do.

Agencies: If you manage agents for others, you're still fully responsible for all activity.

3. Accounts & Agents

You create one account and can build multiple agents under it. Each agent is a separate persona with its own Telegram bot, content library, and payment system.

You own all agents and content under your account. All revenue from your agents flows to you.

4. Your Responsibilities

Content: Upload only content you own or have rights to use.

Fan Support: Handle disputes with fans when we reach out to you. We cover required Telegram support commands automatically.

Compliance: Follow all laws and Telegram policies. Keep your account secure.

Bot Setup: Provide valid Telegram credentials and payment bot tokens for each agent.

5. Payments & Payouts

SirenDM Subscription:

• Starter: €89/month per agent (up to 100 active fans)

• Pro: €289/month per agent (unlimited fans)

• Billed monthly via Paddle.com

• Cancel anytime from dashboard

• 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers

Fan-to-Creator Payments:
Fans buy Telegram Stars and pay your agents. You keep 100% of Stars revenue.
Telegram charges fees when fans purchase Stars (~30% via Apple/Google Pay).

Minimum payout: 1,000 Stars (~$20 USD)

Payout time: Within 7 business days to your TON wallet

Important: Stars expire after 3 years if not withdrawn. You handle payouts through Fragment/TON.

6. Telegram Compliance

You must comply with Telegram's Bot Terms and Stars Terms. SirenDM ensures your bots meet Telegram's technical requirements.

7. Content You Can't Upload

We ban accounts immediately for:

Minors: Any sexual/suggestive content involving anyone under 18

Illegal Activity: Drugs, weapons, human trafficking, stolen goods, fraud, hacking tools

Violence: Graphic violence, terrorism, instructions for weapons/explosives, self-harm promotion, animal abuse

Non-Consensual Content: Revenge porn, deepfakes, hidden cameras

Harassment: Bullying, doxxing, hate speech, threats

IP Theft: Pirated content, impersonation, reselling others' work

Spam/Abuse: Mass spam, phishing, malware, pyramid schemes, API abuse

We'll remove content and ban accounts for anything illegal or harmful, even if not listed here.

8. Content Rights

You own your content. By uploading to SirenDM, you give us permission to host, store, and deliver it to paying fans.

Fans get personal-use licenses only. They can't share, resell, or redistribute your content.

9. Refunds & Disputes

All sales are final. Fan disputes are handled case by case. We recommend disabling AI in the Portal for disputed users and handling them manually.

You decide whether to refund fans. If a technical issue on our end prevents content delivery, we'll step in to resolve it by delivering the content to the fan.

10. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for Telegram outages or issues beyond our control.

11. Account Termination

You can close anytime via the dashboard. This disables all your agents.

We can suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

12. Your Liability

You're responsible for:

• All content you upload

• Fan disputes and refund decisions

• Legal compliance

• All activity by your agents

You agree to defend us against claims arising from your content, agents, or violations of these terms.

12.5 Privacy & Data Handling

We collect:

• Account information (email, Telegram credentials)

• Content you upload (photos, videos, persona settings, link to OnlyFans)

• Usage data (analytics, chat logs)

• Payment information (processed by Paddle.com)

We use data to:

• Provide the Service

• Process payments

• Improve features

• Send service updates

We share data with:

• Paddle.com (payment processing)

• Supabase (hosting)

• Telegram (for bot functionality)

Your rights:

• Access your data anytime via dashboard

• Delete account and all data

• Export data on request

  
  

13. Our Liability

SirenDM has no liability whatsoever. Service provided "as is" with no guarantees. We're not responsible for lost revenue, data, disputes, or any damages.

14. Third-Party Services

You must comply with:

• Telegram Terms of Service

• Telegram Bot Developer Terms

• Telegram Stars Terms

Your bots are subject to Telegram's policies and enforcement.

15. Changes

We can update these terms anytime. We'll email you about major changes. Continuing to use SirenDM means you accept updates.

16. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through arbitration or courts where you're located. No class action lawsuits permitted.
